We participated in in 2012 in a consultant project team that assisted the then Commonwealth Department of Finance and Deregulation to identify all small Commonwealth regulators.
The project examined over 200 Commonwealth regulatory functions and identified approximately 80 that were in-scope. The final report provided a number of strategic recommendations to assist small regulators to achieve better regulatory practice.
