We led a team, involving Lista Pty Ltd and Precision Consultancy, that delivered a Learning and Development Strategy 2019-2024 for the development of the Victorian Department of Justice and Community Safety's Youth Justice workforce.
Developing the Strategy involved extensive research and consultation to:
- understand the learning and development previously delivered to the Youth Justice workforce
- undertake a Learning Needs Analysis for key job roles.
Following the client's acceptance of the Strategy, we then developed materials to support the delivery of a Certificate IV in Youth Justice for the Department's Youth Justice custodial workers.
