We participated in a team that developed a business case for an e.Regulation initiative – the Complaints, Compliance & Enforcement Program.
This initiative was part of the NSW Government’s journey to deliver a whole of government digital solution that creates a connected and seamless experience for businesses, regulators and government. The Program was designed to develop digital products to enable customer centric, efficient and effective regulation.
Our role was to provide strategic advice on the scope and design of the program and on business and consumer compliance environment needs.
The business case was used to bid for budget funds to support the initiatives.
