We undertook a scoping study of the legislative and regulatory framework dealing with the sale and supply of alcohol and the management of alcohol-related harm in Tasmania.
The study identified opportunities to improve the alignment of the legislative and regulatory framework to better support the Tasmanian Government’s overarching policy on alcohol – the Tasmanian Alcohol Action Framework 2010-2015 (TAAF).
The study informed the Government's reform approach.
