Client: NSW Department of Commerce - Office of Fair Trading
Stenning and Associates initially provided a report that outlined the role and scope for a new classification schema to facilitate more effective user-discovery of business licence obligations through the New South Wales Business Licence Information Service (BLIS).
Specifically, the report:
- Described the current classification schema and an alternative classification schema and evaluated them against user requirements.
- Examines a range of other relevant matters that may need to be considered as part of the BLIS redevelopment.
- Recommends a new classification schema and outlines any implementation issues that need to be considered.
Stenning and Associates has subsequently been engaged to undertake the detailed redesign of the BLIS information architecture.
